BerthierAn AI chief of staff for students and researchers who run many tracks at once.
Say everything on your mind, as messy as it is. Berthier sorts it into fronts, writes one concrete next move for each, and every morning proposes an order of the day you can approve in a minute.
Private alpha. Turkish-first and built for your phone.

“I left the thesis at the literature table, I was comparing methods. I need to study for statistics. The Erasmus application needs two reference letters, one could be from Prof. Ayşe. I also want to start the robotics project.”“Tezde literatür tablosunda kalmıştım, yöntemleri karşılaştırıyordum. İstatistiğe çalışmam lazım. Erasmus başvurusu için iki referans mektubu lazım, biri Ayşe Hoca’dan olabilir. Robotik projesine de başlamak istiyorum.”

How it works
-
Dictate
Talk or type the way you think. Add a screenshot of an announcement or a PDF syllabus. Your raw words are always kept.
-
Fronts and moves
Each course, research track or application becomes a front with one next move you can finish in a single sitting. Research tracks keep a note of where you left off.
-
Order of the day
Each morning Berthier proposes which fronts to move today, and you approve with one tap. A finished move is marked passed, and the front’s next move waits for tomorrow.
-
Weekly review
Ten minutes a week. Every front you haven’t touched gets a decision: keep it, pause it or close it. Exams and deadlines count down on their own.
Rules Berthier keeps
It suggests. You decide.
Every proposal can be approved or changed with one tap.
Upkeep is its job.
You never tag, sort or file anything.
Nothing leaves without you.
Nothing is sent or scheduled without your approval.
Nothing gets lost.
Your raw dictation is kept, and every change can be undone.
Inputs are data, not orders.
Instructions found inside a screenshot or a PDF are treated as information, not commands.
No lectures.
It never questions your pace or tells you to slow down.
Why Berthier
Louis-Alexandre Berthier was Napoleon’s chief of staff. Napoleon set the strategy; Berthier turned it into exact orders for every corps and kept track of where each one stood. In 1815 he was gone, orders reached the field late and vague, and the campaign ended at Waterloo.
The app does the same quiet job. It never makes the decision. It prepares it and keeps it moving.
Where it stands
Private alpha, in use since September 2026. The Claude API powers the core loop: reading what you say, writing each next move and preparing the morning report. Next is a closed beta with students at Turkish universities.
